Products & Orders

You can place an order through our website by browsing products, adding them to your cart, and proceeding through checkout. You can also call us at +234 123 456 7890 or visit our bakery in person.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they haven't been processed yet. For custom orders, modifications may be limited. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

We offer some gluten-free and vegan options. Please check product descriptions for dietary information or contact us for specific requirements. We can also create custom orders for special dietary needs.

For custom cakes, we recommend ordering at least:
  • 72 hours for simple custom cakes
  • 1 week for detailed designs
  • 2-4 weeks for wedding cakes
During peak seasons, we recommend ordering even earlier.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver throughout Port Harcourt and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary based on location. Enter your address at checkout to see if we deliver to your area and calculate delivery fees.

Standard delivery times are 2-4 hours during business hours. You can also select specific delivery time slots during checkout. Rush delivery (1-2 hours) is available for an additional fee.

Yes! You can choose store pickup during checkout. Pickup is available during our business hours. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up your order.

Our delivery team will attempt to contact you. If you're not available, they will:
  • Leave the package with a neighbor (with your permission)
  • Return to the bakery and contact you to reschedule
  • For perishable items, we may need to charge for redelivery

Baking Courses

Our courses are designed for everyone:
  • Beginner: No experience needed
  • Intermediate: Some basic baking experience
  • Advanced: Experienced home bakers
  • Professional: Those pursuing baking as a career

We provide all ingredients, equipment, and materials. You just need to bring:
  • An apron (we can provide one if needed)
  • Closed-toe shoes for safety
  • Containers to take your creations home
  • A notebook if you want to take notes

Yes! Upon successful completion of any course, you'll receive a certificate of achievement. Our professional patisserie course includes a diploma recognized by the Nigerian Culinary Institute.

Our refund policy for courses is:
  • 7+ days before start: 100% refund
  • 3-6 days before start: 50% refund
  • Less than 3 days: No refund, but you can transfer to another session
  • After course starts: No refunds

Account & Payment

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation. You can create:
  • A customer account for shopping
  • A student account for baking courses
  • Both! Your account can have multiple roles
Registration is free and takes less than 2 minutes.

We accept various payment methods:

  • Pay on Delivery (for certain areas)
  • USSD payments
  • Mobile money
All online payments are processed securely through Flutterwave.
