Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At Tee & Dee Bakery, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
2. Bakery Products
Fresh Products
Due to the perishable nature of our bakery products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for fresh food items. However:
- Damaged/Delayed Delivery: If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for correct replacement or issue a refund.
- Quality Issues: If you're dissatisfied with the quality, contact us within 24 hours for review.
Pre-order Items
Pre-orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery date for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
3. Baking Courses
Course Cancellation by Student
- 7+ days before start date: 100% refund
- 3-6 days before start date: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days before start date: No refund
Course Cancellation by Tee & Dee Bakery
If we cancel a course, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.
Missed Classes
If you miss a class, we may provide access to materials but do not offer refunds for individual missed sessions.
4. Event and Custom Orders
For custom cakes and event orders:
- 14+ days before event: 100% refund of deposit
- 7-13 days before event: 50% refund of deposit
- Less than 7 days before event: No refund
5. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide your order number and details
- Explain the reason for the refund request
- Provide supporting documentation if applicable (photos, etc.)
Refund processing time: 5-10 business days after approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Gift cards and vouchers (unless required by law)
- Digital products and downloads
- Perishable items that have been delivered
- Services already rendered
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Online orders: Within 1 hour of placing order (if not yet processed)
- Phone orders: Within 30 minutes of placing order
- Pre-orders: As per section 2 above

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Supplier issues
- Power outages
- Pandemics or health emergencies

- Refund decisions are at the discretion of Tee & Dee Bakery management
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing our refund policy
- This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
