By accessing and using the Tee & Dee Bakery website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our website, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color, texture, or detail will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

5. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.

• Pay on Delivery (Cash on Delivery)

6. Delivery and Pickup

We offer both delivery and store pickup options:

• Delivery: We deliver within Port Harcourt and surrounding areas. Delivery fees apply and will be calculated at checkout. Free delivery is available for orders above ₦10,000.
• Pickup: You may choose to pick up your order from our bakery location during business hours.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund. After 1 hour, orders may be in production and cannot be cancelled. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Baking Courses

By enrolling in our baking courses, you agree to:

• Attend all scheduled sessions or notify us in advance if unable to attend.
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our instructors.
• Refrain from recording or photographing classes without prior permission.

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund or credit for a future course.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipes, and software, is the property of Tee & Dee Bakery and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Tee & Dee Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the website; (ii) any products purchased through the website; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the website.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
